Agentic Works provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and ongoing support. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request an audit, subscribe to our content, communicate with us, or engage us for a project.

• Processing is necessary to perform a client agreement.
• You have consented, such as when joining our newsletter.

AI tools and service providers

Our work may involve third-party hosting, automation, CRM, telephony, calendar, analytics, communication, and AI technology providers.

We do not place confidential client information into public demonstrations, marketing materials, or case studies without permission.

• Access and retention are governed by the signed project agreement and, where needed, a Data Processing Addendum.
• Requests concerning that data should normally be directed to the relevant client.

How we share information

• Technology and infrastructure providers used to operate our business.
• Contractors supporting an approved client project.
• Accountants, lawyers, insurers, and professional advisers.
• Authorities when disclosure is legally required.
• A buyer or successor if Agentic Works undergoes a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary:

• General inquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
• Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Client project information is retained according to the relevant agreement and operational requirements.
• Financial, contractual, and legal records may be retained longer where required.

Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.

No online service or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
