Agentic Works

AI AGENTS & AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

Clear terms. No fine-print theatre.

LAST UPDATED JULY 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Agentic Works website.

Client projects, subscriptions, retainers, and implementation services are governed by a separate signed proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement, or similar document. If that agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Use of this site

You may use this website for legitimate personal or business purposes.

You may not:

  • Interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without permission.
  • Use the website or its materials for unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Information, articles, and demonstrations

Articles, frameworks, sample workflows, system demonstrations, and use cases on this site are provided for general information.

They are not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, cybersecurity, or professional compliance advice.

Demonstrations may use fictional businesses, sample data, or simplified workflows. Unless clearly identified otherwise, they should not be interpreted as client projects or verified performance results.

No guaranteed results

Automation outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • Lead quality and volume.
  • Existing business processes.
  • Team adoption and response.
  • Data quality.
  • Third-party platforms.
  • Customer behavior.
  • Regulatory and market conditions.

Examples, projections, and potential outcomes are illustrative and are not guarantees of revenue, savings, conversion rates, appointments, or performance.

Audits and recommendations

A free AI automation audit is an exploratory assessment. It does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.

Recommendations are based on the information available at the time. Further investigation may change the proposed solution, scope, price, or implementation timeline.

Services and engagements

Agentic Works may provide:

  • Defined automation packages.
  • Custom fixed-price projects.
  • Setup and implementation services.
  • Monthly maintenance and support.
  • Ongoing optimization or build retainers.

The precise scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, support, and responsibilities for each engagement will be stated in a signed agreement.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline, additional fee, or separate project.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate information.
  • Providing timely access to required systems and team members.
  • Reviewing and approving workflows, messages, scripts, and configurations.
  • Ensuring they have the right to provide any data or system access shared with us.
  • Obtaining required customer notices, permissions, and consents.
  • Testing and approving the system before full production use.
  • Maintaining appropriate human oversight.
  • Using the completed system lawfully and responsibly.

Delays in access, feedback, approvals, or third-party cooperation may affect the delivery timeline.

AI and automation limitations

AI systems can occasionally produce incomplete, incorrect, unexpected, or unsuitable outputs.

Automations may also be affected by service outages, API changes, model updates, integration failures, poor source data, or circumstances that were not included in testing.

Systems should therefore include appropriate guardrails, monitoring, fallbacks, and human handoffs. Clients remain responsible for consequential business decisions and for determining whether an automated action is appropriate for their use case.

Third-party platforms

Our systems may depend on third-party tools such as CRMs, automation platforms, AI providers, telephony services, messaging services, email platforms, and calendar applications.

Unless expressly included in writing:

  • The client is responsible for third-party subscriptions and usage charges.
  • Agentic Works does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, APIs, or product changes.
  • A change made by a third party may require additional implementation or maintenance work.

Fees, payment, and cancellation

Project fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rights, refund terms, and retainer conditions are stated in the applicable signed agreement.

Agentic Works may pause work or access to managed services when invoices are overdue, subject to the relevant agreement.

Intellectual property

The website, written content, layouts, original visuals, branding, and published frameworks belong to Agentic Works unless attributed otherwise.

You may quote short portions with appropriate credit and a link to the original page. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, or present our materials as your own.

Ownership and licensing for client deliverables will be defined in the relevant agreement. Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Clients receive rights to the custom deliverables created specifically for them after full payment.
  • Agentic Works retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, reusable components, general knowledge, and development methods.
  • Third-party software and materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality and case studies

We treat non-public client information as confidential in accordance with the relevant agreement.

We will not publicly identify a client, publish confidential information, or present an engagement as a case study without appropriate permission.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be current or error-free.

We may change, suspend, or remove website content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Works will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of this website or reliance on its general content.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by the signed client agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, services, or business model changes. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page.
